Winn-Dixie asked if I would demo their adorable recipe for Easter Popcorn Balls on River City Live and I jumped at the chance! (OK, maybe not jumped because I am certainly not a Chef- but I do enjoy a challenge (especially on live TV)! I grabbed my little helpers and whipped up a few batches at home. I was so pleased with the outcome that these balls will have a place at my Easter for years to come!
